Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you connect an account provided by your employer or another party, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access secure, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including to protect the Service or comply with law.

The Service works by connecting your Google account(s) with your permission, using read-only access to your Gmail and Google Calendar data. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. You grant us permission to access and process the connected data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
• access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
• resell or otherwise misuse the Service.

Co-Shopper uses AI to generate shopping recommendations and other outputs. These are suggestions only; they may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions. Prices, availability, and merchant terms are set by third parties, not by us.

Some product links in the Service are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay.

The Service — including its software, design, and content (other than your data) — is owned by TasteGraph and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain rights to your data and grant us the license described in our Privacy Policy to process it in order to provide the Service.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, and may impose limits or suspend the Service for maintenance or other operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TasteGraph will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold TasteGraph harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@tastegraph.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and TasteGraph consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will communicate material changes (for example, by email or in the app) before they take effect, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
